My Employer filed my GC in RIR - EB2 in Mar 2005. They again filed my Case in PERM in MAR 2006. My employer says as he will run both the cases parallely. In case my Labor and 140 stage is completed in PERM prior to RIR, they will use RIR priority date for PERM case.
1. I wish to know whether is it possible to run both the case parallely ?
2. And if possible, can we use prior Priority date for PERM process.
Please let me know at the earliest.
