Can RFE contains NOID also, or its a diffrent letter

Hello Freinds,
Online status shows they have sent me another RFE , first RFE responded sometime in July.

My concern is the second RFE could be asking for additional documents or it can be NOID..

I'm still waiting for RFE just curious to know so that I can plan in advance ..

EB3 RIR (PD /10/02)
Xfer VSC to TSC
485 RCVD RFE on 06/07 for Paystubs and EVL
RSPNDed to RFE on 07/07
Called TSC on 7/27 lady says pending name check
Requested for SR on 9/10
LUD on 10/02 RFE sent..

The situation exactly the same here; RFE (TB Skin test) respond in July another RFE 10/4/07 still waiting for it!!
