I don't think the sellers cares. Maybe on the form one needs to answer
"Citizens or Resident" or Yes questions. So Many non-immigrants buy
weapons. I am not sure about the consequences

For starters, in the state of Arizona, possession of a firearm by an unauthorized person is a Class 4 felony which carries a fine of upto 150,000 for individuals, 1,000,000 for businesses, imprisonment of upto 3 years for individuals, and a criminal record that makes you virtually ineligible for citizenship.

Not true. Shotguns are also firearms. Are you just pulling these out of a certain anatomical part or do you know that for a fact. A background check is needed for "all" firearms.
