Hi, Can anyone please advise if a person in the states have already obtain Permanent Residence status with affadivat of support but have not obtain the green card. Can he/ she leave the states to another country for travel or personal reasons? If yes, maximum for how long? if can't what are the procedure to do so? Any liability?
