Can one visit GC holder spouse in US?

We got married a couple of months back (I am a GC holder, but have filed for citizenship) and my spouse resides in India. She has had a multiple entry visitor for a number of years and visited the US also prior to our marriage. Is it "legal" or ethical for her to keep visiting me in the US now that we are married? Or should she wait until I file for her GC after I get my citizenship in a few months?

Thanks.

It should be no problem at all, expecially now that you're married. I was married to my first husband (USC) for 10 yrs, and in all those years, I've had visitor visa back-to-back that I used to visit the US once or twice a year. I think it's not much different for a GC holder's wife.

She should be able to visit you on a Visitor Visa . Be careful at the POE .
After you get your Citizenship , you will have to apply for her AOS , to a LPR . It could take anywhere from 6-8 months depending on your DO .
It is presumed that B2 – LPR could create complications, and the link below has a wealth of information .
