Can one have two Labor filed?

I have a Labor filed through my company. Can I also have the GC filed from my husband (GC Holder) simultaneously?

Does any one know about it?
 
Yes, you can.

Concern: If it is in same state, your current employer might come to know that you have filed a LC through another company.

You can file 10 LC from different employers, even if the other employer knows (he will not know if you don’t inform him) he cannot stop you from doing it because it is not YOU who is filing LC it employer who files LC and GC is for the future job and your current employer cant stop other employers for filing LC for you
