Hi ,
Can the company lay off an employee who is on approved vacation from the company.
I'm in India, when they told me and I had to get back to US due to H1B visa.
I'm currently in US, and trying to file my H1B transfer, from another company.
Do any of you have any suggestions. on how fast I should file because I lost some days as I was in India.
Lay off : Nov 22nd (last paystub)
back to US on : 8th Dec.
trying to file H1 transfer, should I file in premium processing. My company do not inform INS for 60 days.
I have Degree in Computers and MBA and 10 years of experience, I'm little tensed on how fast I should file my H1 Transfer to get approved.
