Can one do \'Self-Employed\' work using EAD?

I think you can,

If you or your spouse have an EAD then i think you good to go , BUT if you are the primary applicant then you might have problem showing a \'Permanent job\' in case you get an RFE. But you Spouse can do whatver she wants to as long as you guys have a vaild EAD !!

About 6 months back, my attorney said \'its a grey area\'!
Now its clear! One can not do \'Self-Employed\' work using EAD!

has a GC or to work for someone who has a company as long as it is in the same field, though. (Just an opinion.)
