Can one apply H1 through Brothers company ?

Hi ,

I want to know whether a person can apply for a H1B visa through his own brothers company ? If No why?

Also plz let me know does it make any difference if a person apply Green Card through a company with only two persons working and a company where several people are working. Does that effect in any way in rejecting or delaying the GC process ?

As long as you are qualified for H1B, i do not see any issue.

For GC proces, the employer has to have enough revenue to support your
future employment.

Thanks for your reply . I came to know from a source that one cannot apply for a H1B for a blood relation. Do you know anyone or read anywhere that you can apply ? Since i am already on H1B i am qualified and my brothers company has enough revenue to hire me .
