Can my wife get a new H1-B

I am in my 7th year of hi extension. My 7th year extension expires in May 2006. My labor was filed in June 2002. My wife has been on H4 since Mar 2001. Can she get an h1 now? She has done masters from US but on h4.

Yes, few visas still available, however she will get only 1+ years of H1 only. (h4 + h1 total 6 years) , unless she files LC to qualify 365 days pending provision
