Can my uncle sponsor me?

I have a question,
I'm living in the US for about 7 years, and I'm on a F-1 Visa. I got my BA in computer science, and now I'm working on my MS in computer science too.

I did try to apply for the H1B visa this year but I was not selected :( now I would like to know if my uncle can sponsor me.

My uncle owns a gym in New Jersey, and the company generates aroun $1.4 millon per year (Gross) also my uncle is a US cetizen.

Can he sponsor me for the GREEN card or any other type of visa?
 
Hiring inside the family receives a lot of scrutiny from USCIS. As what would he hire you? Is there no US citizen or resident available to do that job?
