Since I have no job or income, can my uncle be direct sponser showing his income details ,to bring my husband on visit visa to US?

Are you an US Citizen or Permanent Resident?

Either way, your husband must overcome the presumption of being an "immigrant risk" when applying for a tourist visa on his own (by showing ties to his home country).

However, that will be VERY hard to demonstrate as you, his wife, are in this USA.

I am a permanent resident.IS it ok if he can show his job contract he signed ,to apply for visit..?

Shemz5,
Since he is the spouse of a GC holder, your husband will have a tough time overcoming 214(b), irrespective of who supplies the I-134.

For a visitor visa, a sponsor has ZERO impact and secondly, even if your husband finances his own trip, he CANNOT overcome the immigrant intent to the VO. Best option is to apply for his GC.

I have already applies for his GC but its gonna take 3-4 yrs...sooo looongggggg... i just need him to be wth us for some time ..during his leave

Shemz5,
I know 214(b) is very heavily stacked against your husband but he can apply. Worst case, he will be refused. However, miracles do happen and he may get a visa. My sister (also a US citizen) has been married for 14 years. She lives permanently outside the US in Saudi Arabia with her Saudi husband. Not only her husband has never been refused a US B-2 visa, he once also got a 2 year J-1 and lived in Houston with my sister and 4 US citizen kids. I know what works for him is that my sister lives outside the US. However on any visit of his he can AOS and stay back. However he has no intentions of moving to the US and for some reason, all consuls to date have believed his intentions.
