I am a working as a Project Manager in a reputed company and have applied for GC couple of years ago in EB2.. My I140 was processed on March 2007 while my spouse was doing residency on H1. I had to go out of the country as come back on a fresh L1 after an year. My Wife finished her residency on her H1 and currently working on L2 visa.
Now My series of Questions..
1) Can my Spouse apply for seperate GC on her own ? Which would be faster mine or her's if she apply now? Will She have quota for H1 if she apply?
2)If for some reason, I have to go back to India how long will it take for my spouse to get H1? Can I come back on H4 ?
Please advise...
