Can my spouse obtain H4 under my H1B (just completed Residency under J1 VISA) – both

Both of us are Canadian citizens and I am working for an international company & am at the I-485 stage of my green card process (EB2 category) – Currently under H1B Visa

My spouse has just completed her residency and is looking for J1 waiver positions and would like to obtain a H4 status until the appropriate opportunity arrives.

Q: Can my spouse obtain a H4 under my H1B?

when she gets a waiver - yes. However, if she gets a medical waiver (IGA), I believe she needs to continue working in underserved areas for 3 years (she can't work on H4). Do some research on it.
