Can My Mother Reentry Permit Affects My Brother 1-130?

My mother hold GC and thinks about getting Reentry Permit in order to complete her work at her home country for about two years. The scenario is that, she sponsored (1-130) her son who is 17. So, my question, is this will provoked my brother case or it will affects his case? Thanks.
