i'm a CG holder. well I had read in some pages that cg can marry outside US but the problem is, it would take 5 yrs to petition my husband. well my question is, Is their such thing as sponsorship? can his dad or my mom sponsor him/us?

It depends; does he qualify for sponsorship by his father or your mother if he was not married to you?
