Can my green card be taken away

Help please,a friend of mine was denied citizenship because they say he lied
on his biographic form 10 years ago, he now has to face an immigration judge for an hearing, he has a child born in the US, can he be deported for maybe no telling the truth that he was married at the time? He has been living in the US for 10 years.Thanks for your help.

Labor Cert Denied

Hi. What are the chances of a denied labor cert? We are given until end of October to rebutt it. They have given us options on how to answer and we're just following them step by step. I just want to know of any other similar experiences. Is this only for formalities?
