Can my family [485 pending] use AP only if I am currently using EAD...

Hello ,

Our 485 is pending over 6 months ..We have AP , EAD[never used] , FP done.

My family needs to go India due to some urgency..Can they use AP to travel and come back ..They don\'t have valid H4 visa stamped ... I have never used EAD ..working on H1 ..

My friend told me that they can use AP only if I am using EAD otherwise they need H4 visa stamped ...

urgent please help

Im leaving for India with my daughter on june 5th.I am planning to travel on AP.My problem is one of the initials in my daughter name have been misspelled on all notices i.e 485 and AP which i have reported to my lawyer.Also i didnot receive my 485 receipt though i got my AP and EAD Receipt notices.could you please tell me how to take care of these things so that i can travel safely.Thru AVM i came to know that my AP approval notices have been mailed on May 29th.

NOTE:Check mailed along with my 485 application has been presented by Texas INS
