Hi Guys,

I am a H-1B working in US. I am thinking of moving back to my home country. I am wondering if I already turned in the Canada PR application in US, then can my case be continued after I move back to my home country?

Any info is helpful...
Thank you very much

not automatically..

You will have to request to get it transferred to India and that means a lot of delays.

Folks,

The processing from the CIC offices in Buffalo is very efficient and relatively faster (when compared to the other 'agency'). So, in the interests of your future, do not move back as much as possible to homeland unless absolutely required....

If, however, you have to move back, then the case gets transferred at some point (not really sure how that happen) to Syria from what I understand (assuming all you guys are from India) and as bhand11683 says, 'lots of delays' and I suppose an interview too...

Good Luck
