Can L1/L2 start a company?

I am on L1, My wife is on L2 and got the employment permit. We both are working in the same company XYZ. I cannot start my own company as I am on L1 for a company XYZ

Can my wife on L2 with a work permit allowed to start her own company while she is working for the company XYZ on L2 with work permit?

Hi

You are on the L1 so can only work for that company

As your wife is on L2, with work autho is free to work for who ever she ants or start her own company
