Can it be a case for NIW?

Hi,

I have MS in Computer Science and BS in EE. For several years, I have been working for a private software company that have a wide installation of their products in finance, aerospace, insurance, and government organizations. I was responsible for design and implementation of security components. Can it be a case for NIW?
