Can intended I-131 Efiling trigger I-485 LUD? Please drop words. Thanks!

I am planning to apply for AP.

(My I-140 was filed 2003. No LC. So, I guess my PD is 2003. My I-485 was filed 2004 after I-140 approval. One year passed now. I have no idea at which stage my I-485 is, sent ot FBI, stuck at FBI, or returned to CIS? )

I will travel. So, I set up an on-line I-131 application. After I input personal info but before I filled in I-131 form on line, I found my I485 changed to the current date. The message did not change.

Quite possible, my Efiling registration triggerred my I-485 LUD. However I just like to know if there is still a possibility that I-485 LUD changed by itself? Do I need to finish the on-line I-131 application and pay now or wait for some days to see the I-485 result?

Please provide some your experience or suggestions.

I filed I-131 several days ago. there is no LUD on my I-485. how aobut your 485 status? FP, Name check? when you are ready, you may get approved. Good luck! :)
 
Forxp, did you apply I-131 via Efile or on paper? Maybe the Efiling registration triggered the pending I-485 LUD. Can anyone verify it?



I am not sure about my I-485 status. I had fingerprint and photograph taken in March 2005. There was an I-485 LUD for fingerprint after that. No more change until my Efiling registration. I have no idea about my name check? My I-485 has been pending for a year. Name check should have been sent to FBI. How can I check it? Does anyone have a simple way for it? Can I call USCIS to ask?
 
I efiled I485 too. I called uscis and they told me my case is pending due to name check. you can call them and ask why your case is pending. good luck
