Can Immunization Requirement be a problem?

Hello,

First, thanks for reading. At I-485 filing, there is a letter to submit
after checking health with the civil surgeon. I had to got 6 shots due to
the greedy clinic with civil surgeon, and I got 5 shots. When I went to get
the last shot, they said there had been a nationwide shortage of the shot
I should get, and they gave me a 6-month waiver letter. I got the FP done
yesterday, and now I am worried about the remaining shot.
Question : Has anybody had a problem due to the remaining immunization? Has
anybody received RFE due to the immunization issue? I am looking forward
to your sharing experience with me.

The form I-683 requires the following vaccines/tests:
syphillis, HIV, Tuberculosis, MMR
However, there is another supplement form that lists a lot of other vaccines such as polio, DPT, influenza etc. Do we need to get vaccines for all that?
BTW, which are the 5 shots u were referring to?
 
Following are the mandatory vaccinations I belive !!!

MMR
Tetanus
Varicella.
Others I think are optional
 
Varicella is not required if..

Varicella is not required if you had chickenpox sometime..Otherwise I think it is mandatory
 
tetanus vaccine not available

my doctor told me that the tetanus vaccine is not available and so he will give me a waiver...is that acceptable?
 
FP procedure at San Jose??

Hi folks,

What\'s the recommended "procedure" for FP at San Jose? The appointment is at 11AM. When should I go there? 2AM? Or, just arrive around 10:30AM? What documents should I bring? Thanks a lot for your advice in advance.
