Hi,
I am on H1-B visa of hospitality management position. I know some magazines on hospitality/food which pays 250$ per article published in their magazine. I have read in other thread that occassional selling on eBay by h1b visa holder is not considered a business and hence doesn't require work authorization.
My questions are:
How many articles I can writer per year so that it will be considered as occassional writing by me and not a business or work?
Another Question:
Say I plan to write a book on asian cuisine for a USA based publisher, however after go ahead from publisher I go back to India forever, and there I start writing the book, and then after 3 months that book gets published in USA, then is it considered to be violation of h1b visa rules?
Thanks in Advance.
