Hi Guys,
Does anyone know if I can work for my own company if my GC is under process. I got my Labor and I-140 approved and I-485 was filed in July 2003, it has been more than a year. I have heard that 6 months after filing I-485, one can switch jobs and can work for any company in the same capacity (On EAD). I have also heard that at the time of approval of I-485, during interview USCIS asks for pay stubs for the last couple of months.
Can I start my own company and work for it too ?
I will have pay stubs to show at the time of interview for I-485 approval....
will there be any complication ?
waiting to hear from any of you who know about it....
thanks
