Hello,
I have an approved but not yet stamped H1 petition from Company A. Meanwhile, I left Company A and Joined B and the H1 transfer petition is still being processed. I am on active payroll of Company B.
1. If Company A needs my services, Can I work for them part-time like for 20 hrs/week.
2. Can I transfer my employment to Company A at any time without the need for a new petition? And if I do this, do I need to cancel the H1 transfer applied thro Company B?
Please advise as this is quite urgent!!
