Can I work in to get Travel Document (AP) in Houston?

I recently applied to Adjust my statue in houston, i came in with a b2 in 2003 got married to a USC, just recieved my USCIS receipts, how do i go by applying for travelling documets, i have to be in my country next month for a very important burial.

Please advise

Am Planning travelling to my country for my sister burial next month, and the time frame for me to apply for travel ducoment is too short, Please can any body tell me if i can work into Houston Office and apply instantly for travel document, i want to know if i will be granted, some of my friends says the have tried and the were given travelling document on the spot. Please ADVICE.
 
If it is very emergency for humaniarian reason, they may give it to you.
You should definitely try.
 
If you can get a certified copy and translated of her death certificate that will help.
