I have a B1\B2 visa valid for ten years which I got it through my employer. I am planning to get married by Jan-2010. My fiancy is a green card holder and staying in US for 3 years. After marriage I am planning to go to US atleast for few months as a personal trip. Since she is completed only two years I know it will take another two years for me to get a permanent visa and i dont have any intention to migrate within 2 years. Here are my concerns
1) If I tell the officer at port of entry that I am travelling to US with my wife, is there any chance for deny of entry
2)I travel to US every year and need this Visa for next few years for official purpose. If they denied my entry once whether it will affect my entry when I am travelling for official purpose. I have official visit to US again by next June 2010.

Can someone please suggest, appreciate some feed back from you.
Thank you !

plan of action

A. Why would you even bother to tell them you are travelling with your wife?

why cant you just mention that ur on business ?

i have another question for u, as you said ur wife is in america for 3 years, its 2 more years for her to get naturalized, would it not take a year for u to get an immigrant visa once she is naturalized?

no offense, whats the plan of action you guys have .

Apply i-130, when soon after marriage and later get the priority changed when she's naturalized?

Thank you for your rfeedback.
If I tell I am on business they may ask for the invitation later, that I can't get it from company this time. I do have the plan for apply for i-130 after marriage, but it takes another two years right?
