Hi,
I started working on my H1-B visa since October 2009, I currently have my F-1 visa stamped on my passport.
My company is sending me to India on Business class visa(we have a branch in Bangalore). When I return to USA is it necessary to get my H1-B stamped or can I return on Business class visa?
Please let me know.

Thanks

If you travel out of US and currently don't have an H1 visa in your passport, you will need one in order to continue to work in the US.

------ it seems that your employer filed F1 to H1 Change of status and after you got H1 approval notice(I-94 attached) you started working on H1 status.

-----If you are Indian citizen you don’t need any kid of visa for India. If you are not Indian citizen then you will need Visa from Indian embassy or Indian consulate.
You will need H1 visa stamp to enter US on H1 status. If you are not Indian citizen and apply H1 visa stamp in India it can be delayed or they may not stamp the visa. Check H1 visa stamp options before you go to India.
