Can i use previous company LC & I-140

Hi,

I got LC and I-140 from Company A. Company A got acquired by some other company.

But i joined company B (new software startup company), the job area is same as Company A.

1. Can i use that LC and I-140 to file I-485 for company B.
2. Or Can i use the priority date of Company A when i file I-140/I-485 via company B?
