Can I use old photos for EAD renewal??urgent pl respond

Can I use the two photos which I have taken 10 months ago when I submitted my I485, for EAD renewal ?

Thanks guys..I just ordered two photos from our almost year old negatives for me and my spouse yesterday..what a waste of money..oh well..better realised now rather than getting a RFE for EAD..

I used the one

for I485 a year ago. How the hell they know the pic is new or not

personally, if u ask me, i cannot find the difference because the photo just shows one's face and not even the neck, leave alone the clothing...any comments ??

How did they know your photo is new or old?

Since they even issue the I-20 to Atta...

Do you think the IIO will come to your home to compare the photo with your face or there is date on the photo?

INS is upgrading technology

By guaging C14 decay, they can possibly find out if picture was developed a year ago.

However you should be fine, because you are developing new photos with old negatives. There is no way for them to find out, unless your case is transferred to local INS and you appear in person.

okay..i have decided to go with new photos from old negatives what the heck ?? This whole GC process makes one almost a lawyer and the confidence to face any challenge..
does the application for EAD-renewal trigger the INS officer to review the case (indicating the case is getting old..)
maybe i am getting my hopes high..

I don't think so

I think EAD and 485 are processed by two different departments.

However, Bush Administration is asking INS to resolve their internal differences and coordinate more. You never know....

I dont think they can find out if the Photos are new or old...

But please let them not be the same as Last time. This gives it out that the photograph is old....

If you have a different set of photographs then it is OK....Else have a new one done...
