Can I use OLD H1 to travel as it is still valid?

I have an OLD H1-B visa. It is valid for one more year. However, I changed my company. The new compnay applied for my H1B which is now approved. I do not have new company\'s visa endorsed on passport.
Can I travel on OLD H1B visa? Will there be a problem to go and come?

You can use any valid H1-B1 visa to enter US. However it is

recommended to use the latest H1-B1 (because at that time you enter in US, you work for the company who sponsored your H1-B1). So get it stamped in your country of origin and come to US with free mind.
