Hi, I just got the Immigration VISA and planned arrive US in Sept. At the beginning in US, can I use International Driver Licence issued from my country before I get the State issued Licence? I used my International Driver in US with no problem when I was getting in US with Travel VISA. Please help. Thanks.

Yeah sure but remember the international driver license is only valid with your home country driver license.

And car insurance is much more expensive with the International license.
"International" driving licence is not even needed if the actual foreign licence is doubled in English. The insurance might be higher, yes. However, sometimes it helps not to get a ticket because police officers are lazy and prefer not to deal with foreign driving licence.

International driver's license is accepted in all states provided you also have a valid foreign license with it. However, once you're a state resident and not a temporary visitor/tourist, they'll expect you to get a state license within a certain amount of time (typically somewhere between 10 and 30 days, depending on the state).
