Can I use Consulate issued Birth Certificates

Hi all - In lieu of the original birth certificates, can I submit the birth certificates issued by the consulate of India for my parents GC? They both are here and there is no way I can get affidavits from India.

Not sure, but if you have relatives in India, just get the affidavit from them. A letter from uncle or aunt will do. There are affidavit formats available on this site.

If you have any School certificate, that can also be used.

If they were issued by an Indian consulate, I believe they should suffice.
