My 140 is aproved and 485 is stuck in retrogression for over 2 years now. I have a good offer to join another company as a contract employee on W2. Can I still use AC21 in this case ? New company is willing to issue employment letter etc in case of RFE, to indicate that I am hired as contractor. Is this fine or does it have to be a permanent job ?
Can I use AC21 to take up a contract Job ?
