Can I use AC-21 to change the employer after the case transfer to SFO Local Office ?

Ist EAD: Until May 2005

Can I change my employer as per AC-21 ? Am I supposed to inform SF Local office?
Does it any way impact my GC interview negatively?

Hi - Yes I did it that way. My attorney mailed the AC-21 documents directly to the local office (San Jose). When we went for the interview, the officer said that they HAD NOT received the documents. My attorney had anticipated that, and had carried a full duplicate set which was presented to them at the interview itself. It was accepted, and we eventually got approved.
