Can I use a labor approved in PERM process in EB2 category

Hello Everyone-

Can anyone tell me if I can use an approved labor that was applied in "EB2 category in PERM process". One employer told me that he can use an approved labor (EB2 category) through PERM process. I have a master's degree in Computer Science and have 6 years of experience in the industry.

PERM Started March 28, first approval started coming from May. Can any one left company afterPERM EB2 approval without filing I140/485 from your future employer? No one can beleive!!!!!

It will definitely trigger audit in the I 140 process? or the sponser is just bluffing.
