i applied i-130 for my sister in 2007, that time she was unmarried. now she is married, i want to update her i-130 application to include her husband name. can i do that? if yes then how does it work?
Not yet. Do that when her priority date is current (6+ years from now) and she's filing the paperwork to get a consular interview. At that time the husband and children (if any) can also be added.
