Can i travle on Advance Parole?

Currently i am F-1,my husband is H-1 and we subit our 485 January(ND:1/7/02) and AP was proved on 1/28/02

Now I am wandering if it is safe for me to travel oversea using AP. Will I lose my F-1 status?

It is safe without a doubt. You can definitely return back. And you would be a parolee pending adjudication of your AOS application.
