Can I travell w/o travel document

hi my situation is as below

I am on H1-b With visa stamping untill 07/2007 I filled my I-485 in 2003 with PD 07/2002. I need to travel to India in April-07 as I filed my I-485 but I didn't have my travel Document as I have my H1-b we never used our EAD my question is.

1.Can I travel without Travel document as I have valid H-b Visa??

2.as my H1-b has visa till 07/2007 is it safe to go india & come back in may-07.

3.As I applied for 7th year extebsion will it matter?

kindly answer urgent? thanks in advance.

Don't worry, you are OK to travel and return. Just don't book flight on last day of your visa, if it's got delayed, you will be out of luck:)
