Can i Travel the same day after my interview is done?

Due to an emergency Reason my uncle has to travel outside USA....
He needs to be out as soon as posible but he does not want to miss his interview... his interview is august 1st... at 9:50 am..... his flight same day 8:00 PM..


Will this be an issue?
Is this againts any rules?

he will be back in 2 months or as soon as they mail the letter with the oath ceremony date.

yES HE CAN TRAVEL ON SAME DAY. Until his oath, he is a LPR. That is good thing that he is not having to reschedule the interview.
 
Not an issue -- just be back for the oath ceremony if possible

The oath letter (which you turn in when you arrive at the oath ceremony) includes a question that asks if you've traveled outside the U.S. since your interview. Obviously you uncle will have this situation and it would be a good idea to bring his current passport or other documents that substantiate his time outside the U.S. for this trip (he's unlikely to be asked for this proof, but it's always good to be prepared).

There is one potential "snag" with your uncle's situation that just occurred to me.

Is your DO one that typically offers the oath the same day as the interview? If he's offered that, he obviously won't have time to get his U.S. passport for travel before departing that evening. He might have to ask them to defer his oath if this occurs...
 
I thought about that...

i looked over the net and asked some advisors...

They all came to the same conclusion here in miami...
they dont offer the oath at the same day of the interview..

cause they only do... 4-5 ceremonies a year..
