Can I travel after FP is done and before interview?

Yes, you can travel after FP while you're waiting for an interview letter. No need to inform USCIS. They will ask you at the interview if you travelled after filing the N-400. Just make a list of all the trips abroad after filing N-400 and take it with you for an interview. Make sure someone will check your mail and inform you if there is an interview letter from USCIS.
