Can I take advantage of Ac21 even if 485 filing is for future employment
Changed the question to be short.
Can I use AC21, if the 485 filing was done on future employment basis and 180 days was passed ?
As the sponsoring compnay was sold out.
I need to ue it as the perspective future employer company had been sold and I have no option other than keeping my current job with current employer ?
Any pointers/suggestions wil be highly appreciated.
