Can I take a Job in a different state using AC21?

Hello Ac21 Gurus,
I work for a company in Minnesota State. I got a Job in south Carolina. I am on EAD now and 180 days have been passed after filing I-485? Can I take the job in SC? How and would my GC process get affected/slowed down as the Service Centers change?
