Can I stay in canada for more than 30 days on TN

I recently got TN but I came back to canada and will be staying in canada for 45 days before going back to US. Do i need to go before 30 days or can i say more than 30 days? I'll be working remotly from canada

Please advise if on TN payroll taxes has to be remitted by the petitioner & beneficiary. You are either working (commutable distance in case of remote option) or on vacation with your employer to maintain status.

How to we treat unpaid vacation / unexcused absence on TN?
