I will be completing my 6 years on H1 in next 6 months, My current employer started my GC about an year ago in the traditional process but it is not moving at all.
My brother works for a small consulting company, he says his employer can start my green card if I pay him money
My question is , Is it possible ? is it risky? Can it be done like that ( working for one company and geeting GC from other companY)?
