Can I sponsor my Uncle?

Can I sponsor my Uncle & Aunt (my dad's sister) to visit US?
If so, do they need to show any proof of relationship with me?
Do they need to show my original birth certificate during interview?
Btw, I sponsored my parents in summer 2007, will that be a problem?

Firstly, visitor visas do not need sponsors. Secondly, if you are talking about sending an I-134, yes you can send one to your uncle and aunt.
