Can I sponsor her?

My wife got her green card two years ago through marriage with me and we went through the whole process, etc.

Her sister is now married to a US citizen, but needs someone to sponsor her since I guess she does not make enough. She's asking me to do it, but I'm not sure if I'm able to because of my wife. Will they allow me to sponsor my wife's sister?

if your income is still above 125% of poverty level after you co-sponsor your sister in law then you are qualified to be a co-sponsor

You can be a co-sponsor as long as you meet the requriements.
