Can I send Medical examination with I485 receipt notice?

I have not submitted the medical examination when I submit the I-485.
I got medical examination two days ago and got result. Is it okay to just submit medical examination with copy of I485 receipt notice without notification of requiring ME from INS ? Or just wait until INS notify me to send medical exam? I am trying to save some time, my lawyer told me that just wail until INS notifies us. But I think it is okay for us just send it along with copy of I485 receipt notice?

Your help will be appreciated.

We r in the same boat. My wife was pregnant when we apply for 485. Our attorney suggested that we should wait for RFE from INS. My ND and FP dates are matching with your dates. Let me know if you get any RFE from INS.

Did your attorney informed you about any expected RFE date.
