my ND is aug 16/sanjose.
waiting for FP.
After 120 days from ND, can I send fax to INS requesting
FP myself, or
do I have to make my lawyer send it?

u can send it yourself. My friend did it and got FP in 1 week ...also CSC faxed back him a copy of FP they mailed..

yes ins form downloaded from ins website and he requested FP though he had lawyer working on his case.
